Recipe -Homemade Polish bread – Chleb Polski

Homemade Polish bread 🥰 no kneading

5⅓ cups of warm water,
2½ lbs of all purpose flour,
10 hefty Tablespoons of oats,
1 Tablespoon of salt,
1 cup of pumpkin seeds,
1 cup of sunflower seeds,
5 Tablespoons of flax seeds,
2½ Tablespoons of dry yeast,
1½ Tablespoons of sugar

Mix warm water with oats, sugar and yeast. Leave it for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a warm place covered with a kitchen towel. Add flour, seeds and salt. Mixed with a wooden spoon. Leave it to rise for 15 minutes. Butter 4 loaf bakers and load with risen batter. Preheat the oven to 500°F. Bake for 15 minutes and lower temperature to 380°F and bake for another hour and 10 minutes.
