What if my items arrive broken?

We always try to pack all orders very carefully, but accidents sometimes happen during transport. Please email us a few pictures of the damaged item, the packaging, and your order number to support@polmedia.com. After we receive the pictures and process your claim with the shipping company, a replacement or refund will be issued.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is very simple. If you don't like the product you purchased from us you can return it within 90 days. No questions asked. We will exchange the product or refund the money. Here are a few simple rules that apply to all returns:
1. Contact us first at support@polmedia.com to let us know that you are returning an item.
2. Tell us what you want us to do when we receive your return (different item or a refund).
3. Make sure the original stickers are present on all the items being returned.
4. Please don't use the items you want to return.
5. Make sure your return package is insured.
6. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
