Fri Mar 30, 2012 Just wanted you to know that your packing system is great. My pitcher and small jar arrived in perfect condition. The outer box was smashed and torn, but the smaller box was safe inside!!! If it had not had the "peanuts" and the tight inner packing, both pieces, I believe would have been broken. When I saw the box I knew what I would find inside. Everything you do is so professional and I don't mind waiting for anything because I know it will be perfect when it gets here. Tue Feb 1, 2011 This is something you already know about, of that I am sure, however, I want to share my experience with you. Yesterday I was going to roast a turkey breast and turkey thighs. I got out my usual roasting pans and thought about using my casserole dish from you, 9x13, instead. I did and it turned out so much better than my roasting pans. Everything about it was better, the taste of the food and of course the clean up. In the past I have only used this dish for casseroles and vegie dishes, but now, it is going to be my "go to" roasting pan. I can get rid of my huge old roasting pans.

I started buying my polish stoneware off eBay years ago when I was in Alaska and my plates are the 10 3/4 except for some I made a big mistake and bought them from another site and they are 10 1/2 and curve up on the edges more than mine.
