I got an incredible deal on a very unique "frog prince" plate, and when I called the folks at Polmedia, they combined it with my shopping cart and shopped it immediately so I would have it for my anniversary (29 years with my prince, who enjoys these pieces almost as much as I do). Polmedia is hands-down, the best shopping experience for Polish pottery. Their website is bar none better than any website out there, you can navigate easily and their customer service is outstanding. I have been shopping with them for over 15 years and I can stay without a doubt I will never shop anywhere else. My husband will tell you I have a Polish pottery problem. I no longer have space for any more items but I continue to shop for family members that love the pottery. It makes a great Christmas gift, wedding or birthday gift.

Customer service responded immediately when I e-mailed that I made two separate orders and could have had free shipping if I had combined them. They were so kind to combine my orders and refund my shipping. I got my items so quickly. They were packed very carefully and they are beautiful!

The beautiful soup bowls I purchased are so stylish and functional! They arrived safely as they had been expertly packed with plenty of protection. The box was marked fragile but had taken some rough handling and at one point the box tape had split open. No worry though because the bowls had many layers of protection. I will order again from this company, they sell beautiful things at a competitive price.

I love love LOVE Polish Pottery, and Polmedia. The quality, color, design is gorgeous. Especially Unikat pieces.
When I started buying your ceramic plates, bowls, mugs, I can't eat off of anything else. It's ritual for me, and I treat these as art pieces that I eat/drink off of. Highly recommend!

If you like Polish Pottery this place is definitely for you. If you simply enjoy a little stop out of the way to see pretty things, it's also the place for you. Very large selection and lots of different types of pottery pieces.
