I purchased two Polish pottery bistro mugs. Polmedia Polish Pottery is great to do business with. The company offers great sales on products, as well as provides great customer service.
When the mugs arrived, they were packed impeccably along with a cute Sharpie doodle from Penny on the shipping box. 10/10. Would recommend.

My order (of a berry bowl) arrived by the promised date.. The pottery was well boxed to prevent damage in transit. The bowl and saucer look every bit as good as they did on the website. I'm a happy camper.

I got an incredible deal on a very unique "frog prince" plate, and when I called the folks at Polmedia, they combined it with my shopping cart and shopped it immediately so I would have it for my anniversary (29 years with my prince, who enjoys these pieces almost as much as I do). It arrived exquisitely packed and in record time! Thank you, Polmedia!

Polmedia is hands-down, the best shopping experience for Polish pottery. Their website is bar none better than any website out there, you can navigate easily and their customer service is outstanding. I have been shopping with them for over 15 years and I can stay without a doubt I will never shop anywhere else. My husband will tell you I have a Polish pottery problem. I no longer have space for any more items but I continue to shop for family members that love the pottery. It makes a great Christmas gift, wedding or birthday gift.

Customer service responded immediately when I e-mailed that I made two separate orders and could have had free shipping if I had combined them. They were so kind to combine my orders and refund my shipping. I got my items so quickly. They were packed very carefully and they are beautiful!

The beautiful soup bowls I purchased are so stylish and functional! They arrived safely as they had been expertly packed with plenty of protection. The box was marked fragile but had taken some rough handling and at one point the box tape had split open. No worry though because the bowls had many layers of protection. I will order again from this company, they sell beautiful things at a competitive price.
