Andrew after speaking to you a few days ago I had to thank you. I have bought so many beautiful pieces from Pol Media, both on line and from a lovely local shop that carries Pol Media. In fact that was where I first saw your pottery. Everyone loves it. My favorite set is the soup tureen, ladle and platter it sets on. It is even lovelier than the tea pots. I have bought it for myself and for gifts. I have never received a damaged piece, they are always well packed. You are so helpful.

I wanted to thank you for the wonderful packing job done on this shipment. I was a little wary of ordering such delicate pottery over the Internet, and was afraid I'd end up with a box of smashed squirrels and donkeys :). But the packing was so thorough I can see I didn't have to worry.

My daughter and I visited your store on Saturday, October 12. We were very impressed with the awesome selection of pieces, as well as the layout of the store. We immediately selected a huge pickle jar, and a very unique covered baker with a duck lid as well as a few small plates. We have been customers of your on-line store for a few years now, and what a thrill it was to be able to "browse" in person at the wonderful selection of pottery.
