I wanted to let you know that the beautiful basket bowl arrived today in perfect condition. As always, the pottery was packaged very well. I appreciate the "free shipping" which helps me to afford such gorgeous pieces. Twenty % off was wonderful too!

Just a few minutes ago I received my Fluted Pie Dish replacement. It is gorgeous! It arrived fast and was so well packed, with so much care and love that no chance it would’ve been broken. I can’t thank you enough for taking such a good care of your customers. You make us, your customers, feel special! and happy. I will keep coming back because you not only sell a beautiful product, but provide equally beautiful service.
Thank you so much!

I received my first order today. Tears came in my eyes. I have never had a shopping experience like I have had with your company. Such fine merchandise, and such pride in the products. Everything about it, is outstanding. The quality and customer service is unmatched! I will order again and again. I cannot wait until Monday, when my Polish housekeeper comes and will see my order. She said your products were the finest anywhere. She was right. Your pottery company is the most pleasant experience. I cannot express my happiness enough. Thank you a thousand times!

Amazing! I received my order through Fed Ex incredibly fast and extremely well packaged. The new plates mix and match beautifully with the style from the same region that I bought before. I love the look!! I will order more in the future.
