This is something you already know about, of that I am sure, however, I want to share my experience with you. Yesterday I was going to roast a turkey breast and turkey thighs. I got out my usual roasting pans and thought about using my casserole dish from you, 9x13, instead. I did and it turned out so much better than my roasting pans. Everything about it was better, the taste of the food and of course the clean up. In the past I have only used this dish for casseroles and vegie dishes, but now, it is going to be my "go to" roasting pan. I can get rid of my huge old roasting pans.

At any rate, I meant to comment when I ordered, that I think your web site is fantastic. Well-organized, easy to navigate, very clear, and I am just very impressed overall. I have been pouring over it/enjoying it for a week or two. Your pictures are well-represented, as well! You have done a first-rate job!
I have used Polish pottery/stoneware for a year or two, and KNOW it is a treat to the eye, super easy to clean, and just a pleasure to own. The NEWER pieces are just extra special, visually!
