I adore Polish Stoneware. And your site is my favorite. I bought several items today for my use but the reason I went to your site was to shop for a wedding gift. I bought a beautiful scalloped bowl for two young kids who made their own wedding invitations. I know they will love this hand made and painted piece of pottery.
My husband counted my pottery and I have over 75 pieces.

You know, just the fact that you let me know that you're still on it is really something in this day and age when true customer service is so hard to find.

It is good to communicate with you. You manage to have the best customer service tone on e-mail. You would be a good trainer, or at least I think that the staff where I work would benefit from an Andrew trainer.

I love your website. I lived overseas in germany for approx. 7 years. My friends would travel to boleslawiec to buy pottery and bring me back pieces. I think polish pottery is simply wonderful and it makes me happy to use it and look at every day. I bought about 16 place settings from you this past summer and by far you have the best selection and prices.

Hello, I just wanted to let you know how very pleased I am with the order I received yesterday. The items are lovely. I really am so happy that I found this web site and look forward to ordering additional items.
I also want to thank you for the way my cracked plate was handled. The replacement arrived and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to return the damaged item.
