Just wanted you to know that your packing system is great. My pitcher and small jar arrived in perfect condition. The outer box was smashed and torn, but the smaller box was safe inside!!! If it had not had the "peanuts" and the tight inner packing, both pieces, I believe would have been broken. When I saw the box I knew what I would find inside. Everything you do is so professional and I don't mind waiting for anything because I know it will be perfect when it gets here. Just wanted you to know.

You know, I just wanted to send a little note to tell you how wonderful your website is. I've ordered from you before, and will again. Everytime I come to your site, I find some new way that your database is set up to make searching for what I want easier. For example, I was just looking at pitchers and found that once I was there, you had them sorted by capacity as well. Very well done!!
