Your website is one of the best I've seen. Also, your customer service is the best. Andrew answers emails promptly. My only complaint is that not everything shown on your website is available immediately. But your cross-referencing feature is terrific. I ordered a spoon to go with a sugar and creamer set because the spoon is described as a sugar spoon. That description was helpful.

Absolutely love how you have all the Polish Pottery patterns available to see. I don't know another website that does that and it was such a help in my choice of Polish Pottery plates in this order!

Love your site! I just lost my Mom last week, she died of colon cancer after a long struggle, and I wanted to get something I could use everyday in her memory. She would have so loved these dishes - they are the perfect tribute to a woman I loved dearly.

I received my shipment today and am very pleased with the excellent service. Thank you for the attention to checking the polish stoneware before shipping. I appreciate the extra time in doing this and the perfect condition of my stoneware received. I will enjoy using it and feel confident in knowing I can count on this attention as a customer with what I purchase from PolMedia.

Other polish pottery sites have sent me "seconds" though advertised as firsts. I thank you for sending me products as advertised in great condition at a reasonable price.

I love Polish pottery and as with those that collect it, it has become somewhat of an obsession. I really don't need another piece yet I find myself buying more and more. :o) You do have a wonderful selection. During my trip to Poland and to the factories, I also fell in love with some carved wood.
