A: Hi! All depends from the pattern class, some patterns are more time consuming and have more details then the others.

A: You can use it in the oven or on top of stove, but I would advise to not use it over an open flame. Open flame could change temperature too quickly and can reach extreme temperatures rapidly. That would certainly shorten life of the dish and possibly damage it.
