I just want to say your customer service is AWESOME! I literally got my order the DAY AFTER I placed my order....one day!!! It was packed so well, I wish you all had packed my household goods when we moved here from North Dakota...maybe my furniture would have arrived in one piece! :-) I started my polish pottery collection when we were stationed overseas, and I am thrilled that I am able to continue adding to it.

I received all the polish pottery. They are all in one piece. No damage at all. Genius in packing!Thank you for shipping to Hong Kong. I know not many of you would ship internationally. I have placed quite a few orders over the past months. It goes without saying that the pottery is highest quality, art for my home, but your service is second to none! When I had a problem with one piece, Sara (from customer service) responded to my email immediately, found me a replacement piece and refunded the difference to my credit card IN ONE DAY!!! She could not have been nicer! So, thank you Polmedia and especially Sara for an amazing product and top notch costumer service!!

Just to let you know that the two drawer pulls that I bought on Sunday, that were paid for and shipped Monday, arrived in NH Wednesday. They were installed on the vanity within 10 minutes of coming into the house. They are a nice reminder of my Polish heritage. Great customer service!
