I just wanted to let you know that the replacement piece you sent was received early this morning, in good condition. Thank you for your prompt attention to replacing the broken piece. Good customer service goes a long way! I will be doing business with you again, and will tell others about your website.

As I have been ordering from you over the years, I am pleased with how you have improved your website. I love all the ways you can refine your search parameters! I used to get hung up when I wanted to go from my "shopping cart" back to browsing where I left off--no longer a problem!! Great job!

This is my second order. I had to return some of the items due to size mistake, and the customer service was excellent. High quality merchandise. Lovely stuff.

Your customer service is excellent. I like the followup email asking if everything was ok and then a quick response when I had a question. And I got the packages super fast and they were packaged very well for these fragile dishes.
