I had a slight problem with a previous order that was handled very nicely by Andrew. Because of his courtesy I’ve come back to place an additional order for a family member.

Andrew … Thank you for the quick reply and the EXCELLENT customer service. Both are a welcome change from stores that make don’t put the customer first. My mother has been buying Polish Pottery for a number of years (pretty sure she has bought from you since she recommended your site) … now my wife has decided that she liked my mom pieces and wanted to start her own “collectionâ€. Anyway, I will definitely be buying from Polmedia Polish Pottery in the future.
Again … thank you for making this transaction a very good experience!

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly, as well as replacing the bowl. Yes, a larger bowl would be wonderful, more than I expected! I am so glad to know there are companies that function with such a high level of integrity and put their customers first. I will be highly recommending your website and definitely ordering from you in the future.
